08.25.2023 – Third Day in Seoul

Plans for today:

- Housing Orientation @11am for SK Global House Student Residents [very informational, but boring & quick]

- Bought a drink from SK Global House Cafe called Paik's Bakery & Coffee

- Touring around Yonsei University Campus [realized Yonsei is TOO BIG, most tiring exercise from dorm to business building]

- Visit the Myeongdong Underground Shopping Center [ended up buying some goodies]

- Eat Lunch [found a famous gimbap place, was pretty cheap]

- Move into the new hotel room at Hotel Prince Seoul and chill [relaxation is the best]

- Walk around Myeongdong Shopping Street again [ended up seeing lots of the vendors set up for the Night Street Food Market]

- Dinner at the Night Market [ate sotteok (rice cake w/sausage; good w/honey mustard), egg bun (my fav), Eomukguk (aka fishcake w/soup, very comforting if you choose the NON-spicy), watermelon smoothie (super refreshing), chicken skewer (quite savory), & fried soft shell crab (very crispy)]
